The children at our fair had a spectacular time today. I received several comments from parents on how helpful and kind your staff were – particularly with the younger children. They really did a great job, in baking heat, with complicated logistics and an England match that they were missing!

I just wanted to pass on my huge thanks to Neil and everyone at Kiddi Karts who made 26 autistic children incredibly happy on Wednesday last week!
I can't believe how easy and stress-free it was for me, how much fun the kids had and how easily the parents were able to take a step back and relax - all because you had such fantastic members of staff who were all brilliant with the kids.
I know you didn't make a penny on this session but I wanted to tell you how much it was appreciated by everyone who attended and that I would love to be able to organise a similar session for the Summer holidays... if you would all be willing.

We have been very busy since we had our kiddi kart party last September, but I had always meant to give positive feedback (we live in a world of such complaining).
We were thrilled with our party; I have now forgotten the chap’s name that coordinated it so well- but he was really great, with such a good rapport with the kids. He even handled the difficult kids with ease, and the way in which the kids where raced- meant everyone got a turn. The two on the track were proactive in avoiding dings as well as efficient at sorting when they happened. It was just great!
The reason I felt I had to say this, is yesterday we went to a go-karting party run by a different company- and it was frankly inferior, the way the kids were ordered (into teams meant an odd number was not well accommodated), the staff team were definitely not as proactive and fun. And the awards inferior to yours, and how they ended it not as good (they had a winners lap); we so value the photo of our kids with friends behind.
My one comment that you could do better on is, yesterdays party was because Taylor had come to ours and enjoyed it- we told the mother your name at the time but she didn’t ask any more details. The party invites had it all on (but because we where late at booking) they had been invited on our invites – with yours given out after they arrived so people could check out details. You could hand out your details at the event-(in the form of certificates the parents will keep) to get more work in the future!
I only say this because we thought you did us a fantastic party, certainly better than your competitors.
You can rely on us for word of mouth!
But we do wish to thank your team!!!

Just a note to say a big ‘thank you’ to Kiddi Karts for the great party you gave us at 11.00am on Sunday March 12th at Leatherhead Leisure Centre. Our group of 17 (mostly) 6 year olds were excellently organised and entertained throughout the hour, with all the children getting plenty of turns at driving. We all thoroughly enjoyed the party – well done!

A Very big thank you to you all for making Evan’s 7th birthday party such a success! The feedback from the parents have been all positive and all the children, girls and boys, thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The whole event was organised extremely well and the children were constantly encouraged to chant and cheer for the ones who were racing. At one point, some of the children were cheering so much, they were going scarlet and I thought they were going to pass out!
Please pass on our thanks to Jay who was fantastic at looking after the children. I was aware that a couple of the boys were a bit of a handful and he dealt with them extremely well and had their safety and best interests in mind at all times. He was brilliant at keeping the children “fired” up and singing Happy Birthday to Evan was done in a way that I’ve never seen before!
My husband and I also enjoyed the family race at the end and the excitement and happiness on Evan’s face when he won, will be talked about for a long time in our household.
Thanks to everyone who was involved with Evan’s party and I will definitely be recommending Kiddi Karts to other mothers and friends.

I just wanted to thank your team for the fantastic FUN DAY that Kiddi Karts undertook for us on 9th July at South Bookham School.
Your team were fantastic – they helped, cajoled and directed the children round the track which meant that even the smallest and worst drivers were able to participate and feel that they had successfully navigated the course! Never once becoming cross or irritable despite their toes probably being flattened a couple of times! They are a credit to your organisation!
Kiddi Karts provided the focus for our fundraising day which was highly successful. So thank you to your office staff who suggested trying to find a company to fund the karts in the first place.
We hope that we will do the same event next year so we will be in touch as soon as we have secured some funding.

The conduct of your staff deserves particular praise. The ‘General’ was excellent and made the whole event tonnes of fun, there was lots of laughter and to see 14 smiling, happy little faces was great. The boys really responded to him and he totally made the whole experience the massive hit it was.
I’ve had lots of texts and messages from the Mums saying how much their children enjoyed the party.
Most of all, Jacob had a brilliant time and what a way to celebrate your 7th birthday. He will have lots of very happy memories and of course his trophy and medal have made it in to ‘show and tell’ at school and now take pride of place in his bedroom.

Well I have just tucked my boys into bed after what has been the most fantastic day ever!! Thank you so much it was absolutely amazing. The three guys who did the party were absolutely incredible and knew all of the children’s names within minutes all 30 of them!!! The main guy there kept the children’s interest going and even when the lure of the bouncy castle was just too much he would go and track them down to have their turn. I own a children’s nursery and I have been to a few children’s parties in my time and I can honestly say that this was by far the most amazing ever.
